Yoga Everyday for a Year - DAY 48

DAY 48 - Just a quick evening sequence tonight to get ready for bed. A few seated stretches: side-bed, twist, forward bend, downward dog, wide-legged stretch, pigeon...that's all I needed tonight. Namaste
